Job description


In this role you manage and support product related change control activities, ensuring that design changes are justified, tested and implemented in line with quality and regulatory expectations.


  • Handle change control activities correctly and efficiently
  • Investigate product issues and improvement opportunities and propose solutions
  • Define and perform testing to evaluate product performance and design adequacy
  • Define product characteristics criticality performance criteria and test methods
  • Establish and document the rationale to justify product and design decisions
  • Create change control documentation and coordinate inputs with other teams
  • Organise and lead modification meetings with relevant stakeholders
  • Support implementation of approved changes across the organisation
  • Collaborate closely with test engineers to ensure efficient and effective testing
  • Actively participate in testing to build deep product understanding




Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Strong project management and planning skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with change control and design control processes
  • Understanding of product specifications production processes and materials such as plastics and packaging
  • Knowledge of usability engineering and risk management principles
  • Basic knowledge of SAP
  • Logical and analytical mindset with strong problem solving skills
  • Proactive working style with focus on facts and data driven decisions
  • Comfortable working cross functionally in structured project environments
  • Fluent in English
